Both athletes and regular people have one thing in common - they all need a SYSTEM in their routine. And my coaching perfectly fits in. System that I offer based on Nutrition - Workouts(activity) - Recovery (health and supplements). Person with ANY level of experience will fit in. So yes, my program fits everyone.
Never met over muscular woman who is not a professional athlete putting their lives to become like this. Women bodies are not structured to be huge and muscular. From working out you will get only benefits like health and better look.
By training with weights your body activates all the systems that were “sleeping” or functioning not active enough. Your hormonal system recovers which is shown in higher libido, better mood, regular periods and better skin quality. Metabolic processes start working properly- food goes to your muscles and not in fat storage. Well known that muscles are our shield for immune system. And it’s only couple examples out of dozens.
